This unique piece was created from a moment of self reliance. A moment in time where something new was being discovered. To embody that experience this piece was created with a new medium, alcohol based marker. The movements of the ink on canvas and the expressive mark making convey the unease inside contrasting with the relaxed expression that is shown externally.
Due to the nature of the medium, this piece is also black light responsive.
