Print Production Times

1-3 Business Days for Most Prints

Dependent upon the size of the order, time of day it comes in and how many other people are ordering prints of similar size or paper types your order will take us anywhere from 1-3 business days to produce. Right after you submit your order to us it is immediately forwarded to one of our production departments for processing. There it will remain until your order is completed and it is turned over to our shipping department.

3-5 Working Days for Mounted Prints

If you need your print  mounted, the production time for your order may be slightly longer than our standard 3 day lead time. Once the print is complete, it is forwarded to the appropriate department where we complete your print order by applying the appropriate finishing style or display options.

What type of canvas are your prints?

Every giclée CANVAS PRINT (Un-mounted and Mounted) is printed on an archival certified award winning Lyve™ Matte Canvas. This canvas's masterful blend of poly-cotton combined with acid-free and neutral PH coating sets a new standard in fine art reproduction artistry and is engineered to ensure your print's rich colors and vibrancy will last a lifetime.

What type of paper are your prints?

Each giclée PAPER PRINT is of the highest quality with saturated pigments on bright white fine art watercolor paper. Printed on 300gsm and 19.5mil 100% cotton rag paper, Cassidy Austin's prints have a luxurious feel and notable weight. The watercolor style paper print's surface delivers a high-end visual impact with its cold-press texture adding depth while the bright white surface ensures only the richest colors and deep blacks.

(Due to the high quality reproduction of the original painting, the print may show the weft and weave [texture] of the original painted canvas surface in addition to the substrates texture. )

Why is there a border around my print?

Each unmounted print (watercolor paper and unmounted canvas) has an extra 2 inch border around the printed image. This is to allow a custom fit in the frame of your choosing. This means the actual sheet size of the paper or unmounted canvas will be a total of 4 inches larger than the ordered width and height of the print.

Why does my print's color looks different than what I saw on screen?

Please note print color may vary slightly from example displayed on screen as screen color calibrations differ from actual printing equipment. Actual prints have been calibrated and adjusted to accurately represent original artworks.
