Shipping policy

All orders of ORIGINAL ARTWORKS are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

All orders of PRINT ARTWORKS are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping times are added to the processing times listed above. We take the utmost care packing your order to ensure its safe transport from the studio to your home. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Calculated shipping rates: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and package dimensions calculated via an algorithm. In some cases, this may not accurately cover current shipping costs and additional shipping may be collected after purchase via an invoice sent to the email used to the place order. Orders will not be shipped until all shipping and invoice charges have been paid. 

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping carrier fees on qualified original artworks with local pickup at Austin Studios, located in Orange County, California. Local Pickup is offered on a case-by-case basis. A packing fee based on each artworks requirements will be charged to ensure your artwork is packed safe for transit form the studio to its new home. Contact Austin Studios via e-mail at info@cassidyaustin.com to discuss pricing your artwork with Local Pickup.

Upon scheduled pickup, please have your order confirmation email with you.

Artwork must be picked up via appointment within 30 days of purchase/payment confirmation.

Local Pickup Abandon Artworks

A storage fee of $10.00 per day will be charged for those orders not picked up by initial 30 days of purchase of artwork. Storage fee will accrue for a total 30 additional days for a total of $300.00. Should artwork not be picked up after 60 days from initial purchase/payment confirmation, artwork will be assumed abandoned. In the case of abandoned artwork customer will no longer be eligible for any future Local Pickup. Original purchase price of artwork will be refunded via original payment method minus total packing and storage fees accrued. Original artwork will then become available for purchase in person, on website and other media outlets.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Austin Studios LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Thank you for your patience with shipping times due to the COVID situation. We want to get your items to you as quickly as possible but also ensure the safety of those transporting your orders. Please allow a few extra days for your packages to arrive once they have shipped.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us or email us at info@cassidyaustin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size and nature of the packages.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns/Refunds requests should be submitted via email to info@cassidyaustin.com within 7 days of delivery of the order. Please view our Refund Policy for details.

We accept most returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping and insurance costs and $50 restocking fee.

In the event that your order arrives to you damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cassidyaustin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
